This is about how the muscles holding around pelvis work....and the dance teacher is showing them how to use the muscles.

They are practicing the basic pop-pin routine !! Today they were so exhausted after this !! Our dance teacher.. he always does the best on teaching students!!

Using the specific muscles used in pop-pin routine which includes controlling their strength by putting the level from 0 to 100 ~~ It is not easy at all ㅠㅠ with all the processes to get closer to their dreams,,, they were practicing in a sweat~
